You can request a repeat prescription by completing the right-hand section of your previous prescription form. Leave it with the surgery or send it to us by post.
You can also request a repeat prescription online.
You need to register to use our online repeat prescription ordering service. Please speak to one of our receptionists.
We do not accept prescription requests by phone or fax and we do not endorse any particular company to manage or deliver your prescriptions – this is entirely your choice.
Your prescription will be ready for collection 48 hours later. If you prefer, we can post it back to you (you will need to provide a stamped, addressed envelope).
EPS (Electronic Prescription Service)
EPS lets you to choose a chemist to electronically send prescriptions to and reduce paper copies and errors/lost scripts as they can be tracked at every stage of the process from ordering, issuing, sending to cloud for chemist to retrieve, chemist retrieval & fulfilling order.

Medication reviews
We are keen to ensure that patients with ongoing medical problems are monitored regularly. If the date for your next review with a doctor or nurse has passed you will be asked to make an appointment.
