Coronary heart disease patients, who have been discharged from hospital follow-up, are invited to an annual review clinic run by Sister Emma Paton or Dr Clarke.

Diabetes annual review clinics

Diabetes annual review clinics are organised by Sister Emma Paton with Dr Francis and Dr Seeley. Emma also provides advice and education to diabetic patients.

Family Planning
