COVID Boosters - Available on 119 service or www.nhs.uk  online booking from Monday 20th September across various sites including the Hastings Centre.  If 119 cant help then you can call local number 01424 236260 9.30-5 Mon-Fri for booking at Hastings Centre or Hastings Town Hall.

Repeat Prescriptionsmulticolour_pills

We keep records of almost every prescription for medication on our computer. If your GP wishes you to have a medication regularly, he or she will add it to your repeat prescription. You can then get further supplies by getting the repeat prescription slip back to usor using our ONLINE ordering process. Please make sure you have ticked all the items you need and marked which pharmacy you want it to go to.           

We do not accept prescription requests by phone or fax and we do not endorse any particular company to manage or deliver your prescriptions - this is entirely your choice.

EPS (Electronic Prescription Service)

We went live with EPS on Thursday 2nd March - this lets you to choose a chemist to electronically send prescriptions to and reduce paper copies and errors/lost scripts as they can be tracked at every stage of the process from ordering, issuing, sending to cloud for chemist to retrieve, chemist retrieval & fulfilling order.

We are NOW LIVE with online prescription ordering .  You must have Emis Online Acess (a registration/pin number access form is required to be printed out for you by a receptionist when you are in the surgery which now allows online appointment booking, access to your medical summary, allergies, immunisations as well as repeat medication requests.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

48_hoursPlease allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account. You may need to allow more time if you leave the request at the pharmacy.
