This line should only be used for medical situations that are urgent, but do not require hospital attendance.
If you are experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency, please dial 999 or attend A&E.
However, if you have a routine request such as booking an appointment, please call us back the next day during our normal working hours and our team will be happy to assist you.
