Prescriptions

Like most Practices, we keep records of almost every prescription for medication on our computer system. If your GP wishes you to have a medication regularly, he or she will add it to your repeat prescription. You can then get further supplies by getting the repeat prescription slip back to us two working days or more before you need it. If your Chemist collects the Prescription Slip for you to bring to us, you should allow three working days as this adds a delay into the process. Please make sure you have ticked all the items you need and marked which chemist you want it to go to.

We regret that we are unable to take prescription requests over the telephone or by fax.
