In addition to
the medical and nursing staff, the Phlebotomists, the visiting Diabetic
Chiropodist and Diabetic Dietician, we are supported by an excellent
administrative team.
Mrs Jackie
Letchford, our Practice
Manager, coordinates all administrative aspects of the practice as well as
dealing with all issues relating to Staff and the Surgery Premises. She is also
the person to whom any complaints or suggestions for us should be addressed.
Mrs Sue Smith
is our Reception Team Leader and runs the "Front-of-House" that patients deal
with when they contact or come into the surgery.
Mrs Jackie
Jones and Mrs Michelle Mumford are our two medical secretaries who provide
behind-the-scenes support and also run a lot of our administrative and recall
systems.
Mrs Sharon
Waller works as an administrator for us, and helps summarise and keep medical
records in good order. She also coordinates Childhood immunisations and Child
Health Surveillance appointments.
The
Reception Staff help
patients with queries, make appointments and deal quickly with
prescription requests. Our Receptionists are:
